We’re over the moon to welcome a cluster of new, creative companies to our neighbourhood – having seen demand for our office space in Darlington soar in the last few months.

And its not just office space – our warehousing and storage space is now being taken at a rapid rate – thanks to the likes of JLM Foods arriving at Lingfield Point.

One of our latest companies to make the move to Lingfield Point is Dickinson Media – a full service marketing agency.

Director, Adam Dickinson, said: “We’ve been in business for nine years and have been going from strength -to-strength thanks to a host of new business wins. It’s an exciting time to be in the industry.

“The way the business is going we would have no choice but to expand further. The office space is modern, in a great location and meets our needs. The facilities on-site are a major benefit for our business and we’re delighted to have joined the neighbourhood at Lingfield Point.”

Estate Manager, Eddie Humphries, said: “We’re delighted that more creative companies are moving to Lingfield Point. We’ve got a wide range of space on offer that meets a variety of needs and our excellent facilities – including 100MB fibre broadband, on-site concierge and café – ensure that businesses here enjoy their day-to-day environment immensely.

“Lingfield Point is an excellent base for business, the location allows great access to road and rail links which means creative companies can quickly reach their clients and they can visit easily. Connectivity is key for businesses in the North East and we’re pleased to be able to help even more businesses grow and succeed.”

As well as Dickinson Media’s latest move, national advocacy provider, Advent Advocacy has recently taken up space at Lingfield Point and Para-Sols – which supports the needs of financial advisers and planners – recently doubled its office space, moving from 500 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft.

Agent Tim Carter of Connect Property North East, said: “Inquires have increased significantly since January. We have seen a real upturn within the Darlington office market and take-up for the first half of 2016 is looking very encouraging.

“In addition to new lettings at Lingfield Point, several companies have continued to grow and are now expanding into larger spaces on the site.

“The transformation of office and industrial space at Lingfield Point has helped create one of the best working environments in the North East.”

We couldn’t agree more Tim!
